Conditions of purchase

The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative in nature and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the realization of the order by completing the order form, implies conformity to the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at this concrete moment. Once formalized the order will be perfected the purchase of right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer purchaser, and from that moment the prices and terms have contractual nature, and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Shipping

  • The delivery times ranging between 24 and 72 hours depending on the area. We cannot guarantee these deadlines, although we try that the transport companies to meet whenever possible.

  • The delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the case of orders that contain multiple items there will be a single shipment and delivery time will correspond to the article whose deadline is greater.
  • The client will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that it includes everything that should be in the products including. After these 72 hours it will be accepted and shipping claims will not be accepted for damage or faults with the shipment.
  • Shall be deemed delivered an order when it is signed the delivery receipt by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products receiving them and expose all the objections that may exist.
  • In case you receive a damaged product by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to record the transport company.

Returns

According to the current legislation, you can proceed to returning the goods, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. Conditions of returns for clients

  • Not accept returns of the following products, as established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
  1. The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the performance has begun, with prior consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on your part that is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the employer, he will lose his right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the entrepreneur cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  5. The supply of goods sealed, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery. Curling,irons hair, machines cortapelo, etc
  6. The supply of goods which after their delivery and taking into account their nature are mixed up so inextricably linked with other goods.
  7. The supply of audio or video recordings or sealed, or computer software sealed have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  8. The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories containing, in perfect state and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise HAIRBEAUTYFACTORY reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once you have completed and submitted the return form, you will receive instructions to let us reach our facilities in your e-mail. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the day you communicate to us their desire to exercise the right.
  • The transport costs incurred by the return delivery is your responsibility. You are free to choose and find the agency that best suits their needs or offer the most competitive rates. However, we can perform a budget of the cost of collection.
  • Once received the merchandise and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the amount. We will refund the payment received from you, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from transportation delivery and pick-up at our expense as well as any other additional expenses, special packaging, gift wrapping paper etc, we Will make the compost in a maximum period of 14 natural days from exercising their right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we may withhold the refund.

Conditions of returns for dealers

  • We can only accept returns of material without unsealing and in perfect condition, within 14 days after their receipt.
  • Such refunds will be processed as commercial return, since there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies and these procedures are regulated according to the conditions of HAIRBEAUTYFACTORY.
  • Not accept returns of products in blister or heat sealing, and other products that present a seal of factory safety broken; as, for example, motherboards with cables unsealed,batteries,printed circuit boards,knives,scissors,creams,gels etc
  • These conditions do not override the right of guarantee or exchange of defective products. HAIRBEAUTYFACTORY reserves the right to refuse the return in case of detecting any anomaly in the returned product.

Warranties

  • All the information regarding product warranties can be found in the warranty section of the manufacturer.

 

Cancellations of orders

  • Those cancellations of orders involving a return customer and that they are by bank transfer will have a maximum term of 30 days by paperwork, although we try that the term is not more than 7 days.
